Our family have been coming to Lexus of North Maimi since 2009 since we all drive Lexus Vehicles. We can easily go to Pembroke Pines, but we come there because we love the service that was provided by Lexus 2009 since we all drive Lexus Vehicles. Unfortunately, this will be my first complaint regarding Bobby Rahmani in Service and another service agent in #5. I realize when employees get sick, there is chaos in any department. So, the only way to deal with a situation is by keeping respect, explaining the situation to the customers rather than pushing them out of their office and telling us "You're in the wrong side, go to #5, said Bobby abruptly..". When my husband sensed that he was being rude to me, my husband took his business card to make a complaint, Bobby's response was "go ahead and make your complaint". Very Rude individual and arrogant! Then went over to #5 in the used part of the service area and he also was very agitated. He also told me "I'm very busy, I can't help you, you have to go to #7", but I told him I just came from there, as he continues to tell me "'I'm sorry, I can't help you, I have other appointments, or I will fall behind". Rather than explaining the situation we were pushed around by these 2 individuals. The only way was for us to go to Mr. Rubenfeld to resolve the situation. More
