I am grateful that Lexus provides loaners when servicing our cars. The Loaner dept however needs better organization .Either it is understaffed, or the staff are not motivated to do their job description. T our cars. It was difficult to get timely and transparent-seeming information from our representative. He seemed annoyed at having to answer questions. From that experience we are seriously second guessing using the dealership for service, after many years of doing so. More
