They did refute my husbands account of the pick up times but I know that he did text me quite a few times about how long the wait was and i’ve also experienced waiting for a while between them texting when it was ready and actually being able to pick it up (not as long as him though) but I was pleasantly surprised that it only took a couple minutes to get the car this time.
