Simple 10000 miles service. I asked to check the doors alignment (excessive force to close them) and I asked to activate the automatic windows/sunroof closing when locking the c I asked to check the doors alignment (excessive force to close them) and I asked to activate the automatic windows/sunroof closing when locking the car. No doors check - said it was normal, and no windows/sunroof automatic closing activation. Ok, I can live with that. What really made me give 1 star was the subsequent SMS messages telling me "my new car was waiting for me" - more than 10 messages offering a new car. Come on guys, Lexus cars sell by their selves, no need to spam your customer like that. More
