Our shop has all the top factory required tools and equipment accompanied by thirty-two factory trained technicians, eight Lexus certified trained advisors and over eighty service bays which makes it easy for our customers.
At Lexus of North Miami our assistant service advisors/service operators provide a welcoming answering service which you can reach Monday through Friday 7:30am-6:00pm, Saturday from 8:00am-5:00pm and Sundays from 11:00am-4:00pm (appointments recommended). Maria was a delight to work with, very nice & friendly, she had the car we wanted to see ready for us when we arrived so there was very little wait time. Anna was helpful, very friendly and had a lot of patience with me in finding the right car. When I inquired online about an IS350 F Sport she contacted me pretty quickly. We set up a date and time to meet an with me in finding the right car. When I inquired online about an IS350 F Sport she contacted me pretty quickly. We set up a date and time to meet and I drove from West Palm Beach to Miami. I didn't find the IS350 F Sport that I wanted due to low inventory, but the RC 300 in the showroom caught my eye. I test drove an RC350 and an RC 300 F Sport. I fell in love with both, but ultimately ended up with the RC 300 F Sport with the white exterior and red interior. I've owned the car for about a week and enjoy driving it. It is a head turner for sure especially since there aren't any RCs on the road. I wouldn't mind taking the drive to Lexus of North Miami for another Lexus in the future. Thanks again Anna, your professionalism and friendliness made my car buying experience much better than I expected. I almost forgot to mention the gentleman that works for progressive named Gabriel saved me a lot of money on car insurance. More
