Our shop has all the top factory required tools and equipment accompanied by thirty-two factory trained technicians, eight Lexus certified trained advisors and over eighty service bays which makes it easy for our customers.
At Lexus of North Miami our assistant service advisors/service operators provide a welcoming answering service which you can reach Monday through Friday 7:30am-6:00pm, Saturday from 8:00am-5:00pm and Sundays from 11:00am-4:00pm (appointments recommended). It was great to get started with them, but in the end, the Customer Service and overall transaction experience was extremely disappointing, disrespectful and quite unprofessional. Gus, Alex, Ramon, and Se the Customer Service and overall transaction experience was extremely disappointing, disrespectful and quite unprofessional. Gus, Alex, Ramon, and Sean all lack professional customer care or respectful follow-ups. Evan seems to work hard but appears mis or uninformed much of the time.
