At Lexus of North Miami our assistant service advisors/service operators provide a welcoming answering service which you can reach Monday through Friday 7:30am-6:00pm, Saturday from 8:00am-5:00pm and Sundays from 11:00am-4:00pm (appointments recommended). Excellent Service as always! Service manager Ed always goes the extra mile to help me. I was not able to pickup my car before closing time so he waited 1 hour after closing to ac Service manager Ed always goes the extra mile to help me.
