At Lexus of North Miami our assistant service advisors/service operators provide a welcoming answering service which you can reach Monday through Friday 7:30am-6:00pm, Saturday from 8:00am-5:00pm and Sundays from 11:00am-4:00pm (appointments recommended). It’s amazing how this day turned out to be My story can be bittersweet. I had a 2017 Chevy equinox that I had for 6 years and I just recently finished paying off the car-note, a couple of months after t be bittersweet. I had a 2017 Chevy equinox that I had for 6 years and I just recently finished paying off the car-note, a couple of months after that , I noticed that it was time for an upgrade so I went online I looked up some vehicles in Lexus and one of the employees, Evan reached out the next day, not knowing that I was on my way to Lexus dealership, already so I replied that I will be on my way to explore more options. As soon as I arrived, Evan welcomed me and show me my options and explained everything carefully and thoroughly. He took his time and was very professional and honest about everything, I honestly did not expect to walk out with not only the car that I wanted but with the car payment that I wanted as well.
