At Lexus of North Miami our assistant service advisors/service operators provide a welcoming answering service which you can reach Monday through Friday 7:30am-6:00pm, Saturday from 8:00am-5:00pm and Sundays from 11:00am-4:00pm (appointments recommended). Dishonest. My Lexus went in drivable and could not leave drivable. They made it so the tire that we drove in on was no longer operable. They then tried to sell tires that Firestone had for $800 to us for $1200. wr had to put on the 80 mile spare and drove out to Firestone. There were other items we wanted them to check, I sent my daughter… it appears sexist as they tried to charge her $150 each time they would assess any concern. Air bag light—$150, brakes $150 times 4. Sent my son in law and they changed their tune. I have bought and have had over 6 Lexus cars over the country and this is by far NOT A TRUE REPRESENTATIVE LEXUS DEALERSHIP/ SERVICE CENTER. More

It’s amazing how this day turned out to be My story can be bittersweet. I had a 2017 Chevy equinox that I had for 6 years and I just recently finished paying off the car-note, a couple of months after t be bittersweet. I had a 2017 Chevy equinox that I had for 6 years and I just recently finished paying off the car-note, a couple of months after that , I noticed that it was time for an upgrade so I went online I looked up some vehicles in Lexus and one of the employees, Evan reached out the next day, not knowing that I was on my way to Lexus dealership, already so I replied that I will be on my way to explore more options. As soon as I arrived, Evan welcomed me and show me my options and explained everything carefully and thoroughly. He took his time and was very professional and honest about everything, I honestly did not expect to walk out with not only the car that I wanted but with the car payment that I wanted as well.
