At Lexus of North Miami our assistant service advisors/service operators provide a welcoming answering service which you can reach Monday through Friday 7:30am-6:00pm, Saturday from 8:00am-5:00pm and Sundays from 11:00am-4:00pm (appointments recommended). Kelia was amazing, she offered to send me an uber to come and check out the car I wanted. Once at the dealership the process of purchasing the car was quick and straightforward.
