At Lexus of North Miami our assistant service advisors/service operators provide a welcoming answering service which you can reach Monday through Friday 7:30am-6:00pm, Saturday from 8:00am-5:00pm and Sundays from 11:00am-4:00pm (appointments recommended). We (my son and I) visited Lexus of North Miami a couple of weeks back as we were considering Lexus ES 350 F Sport as our new car. Sales person Isaac Rodriguez was nominated to us. I had updated Isaac of my of weeks back as we were considering Lexus ES 350 F Sport as our new car. Sales person Isaac Rodriguez was nominated to us. I had updated Isaac of my discussion with JM Lexus, where we had test driven the Lexus ES 350 F Sport with black seats. As JM Lexus did not have the vehicle in inventory we decided to check with Lexus of North Miami. We once again test drove the Lexus 350 F Sport. Thereafter we asked him to provide us with the best quote. He took out a print of the quote and gave it to us. I told him that I will come back to him soon, to which he asked us how soon? In 5 mins - 10 mins? I informed him that I wanted to discuss the matter with my wife and revert back to him with the week. He then snatched the quotation from my hand and informed us that I cannot have the quotation. I then asked him if I can take a photo so I remember the price of the vehicle. This too was declined by him. We were then asked to meet his manager. After waiting for around 10 mins we left the dealership without meeting the manager as he did not come to meet us. Isaac is an extremely RUDE sales person and have never met such a car sales person in my life of 58 years. He does not know how to respect potential clients. The next day I bought a BMW from BMW of Fort Lauderdale. Lexus as the world class company should be careful of its reputation. I will also write to Lexus Japan to let them know of this very disrespectful incidence. I don't know much about the dealership so can't comment on it, but every company is build on its people and if there are more Isaac's in Lexus of North Miami I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. I will never go to Lexus of North Miami ever. More
