Our shop has all the top factory required tools and equipment accompanied by thirty-two factory trained technicians, eight Lexus certified trained advisors and over eighty service bays which makes it easy for our customers.
At Lexus of North Miami our assistant service advisors/service operators provide a welcoming answering service which you can reach Monday through Friday 7:30am-6:00pm, Saturday from 8:00am-5:00pm and Sundays from 11:00am-4:00pm (appointments recommended). I always got my car service at this dealer this is my second Lexus never had an issue always got a loaner when it was time to get my car service made an appointment to get a loaner and there was none ava second Lexus never had an issue always got a loaner when it was time to get my car service made an appointment to get a loaner and there was none available when I got there I had to sit and wait for my car to get service I was 3 hours late for work so I'm not that happy with the service this time More
