To echo others a little, it was odd for a Lexus dealership to sell out-of-state as most of the others we'd contacted (for a GX550) within a few state radius would not. If he doesn't know an answer, he'll trundle off and find one and get back as soon as he can. The whole Miami North dealership was great and the process, once we got there, went smooth (although travel to the dealership was not trouble free, it's not their problem.
