Our shop has all the top factory required tools and equipment accompanied by thirty-two factory trained technicians, eight Lexus certified trained advisors and over eighty service bays which makes it easy for our customers.
At Lexus of North Miami our assistant service advisors/service operators provide a welcoming answering service which you can reach Monday through Friday 7:30am-6:00pm, Saturday from 8:00am-5:00pm and Sundays from 11:00am-4:00pm (appointments recommended). Gus Called to offer help after buying my new car. She left me on my own from day one to deal with a technical issue that took 3 weeks to resolve spending 8 hours on the phone to have resolved. Because of his service and care, I have kept getting a car from Lexus for the past 14 years. As usual, Cesar was patient and never pressured me into making a decision, which I truly appreciated. Throughout the process, he demonstrated professionalism and a genuine desire to ensure I was happy with my choice.
