Great customer service I came three years ago and i got my lease with Matt great kid. They lie to make the sales I get a new leased car and they offer me an insurance for tires for the whole lease time (3 years). I went to change the tires before the 3 years and I get a new leased car and they offer me an insurance for tires for the whole lease time (3 years). I went to change the tires before the 3 years and they told me that day that the insurance covered just two years and I was actually still paying that insurance. When my lease ended, I went to the dealer to either change the car, buy it o just get rid of it. Robert Nelson, the finance manager, told me that I will received a maintenance service included for free up to 40,000 if I buy the car. After being negotiated with them the price, I decided to buy the car. When my car was 38,800 miles, I went to do the maintenance service and again.. they told me that the maintenance was just for 2.5 years and they charged me $200 for the service! I will add thay of course I requested a written document of these offers that thay made me but they said that it was necessary because they have it on record and that there was no way to make a document for that, the they do not have the document of the forms to give me anything or written They are a complete liars!! If you go to this dealer, please make sure to receive a written document of whatever they offer. If you do not get it, they will just not give you what they promised. Also Harvey Gonzales from Service is super rude. Worst service agent ever. He do not care if you are happy with the service or not. More
