Our shop has all the top factory required tools and equipment accompanied by thirty-two factory trained technicians, eight Lexus certified trained advisors and over eighty service bays which makes it easy for our customers.
At Lexus of North Miami our assistant service advisors/service operators provide a welcoming answering service which you can reach Monday through Friday 7:30am-6:00pm, Saturday from 8:00am-5:00pm and Sundays from 11:00am-4:00pm (appointments recommended). Disappointed with the service over all. I’ve taken my car 4 months ago, they were no able to diagnose the problem that I have told them , instead they charged me almost $400 to just add Fre I’ve taken my car 4 months ago, they were no able to diagnose the problem that I have told them , instead they charged me almost $400 to just add Freon. The same problem happened and now I got a diagnose of almost 4k. I understand, it’s your price , ok but I was looking for that diagnosis months ago and I have told my Rep the problem and all I got was, everything is fine and if it’s not come back and we will take care of it. Well I went back because of course the problem was not salved, I’ve explained the situation and all I got was a high quote and that was it. So disappointing, I’ve taken my car there since I moved to Florida 4 years almost. For sure was my last time there. More
