At Lexus of North Miami our assistant service advisors/service operators provide a welcoming answering service which you can reach Monday through Friday 7:30am-6:00pm, Saturday from 8:00am-5:00pm and Sundays from 11:00am-4:00pm (appointments recommended). Extremely rude customer service. My car was taken in for service and delivered by valet. When I drove my car I noticed my car was driving terrible and now had an issue that was not p My car was taken in for service and delivered by valet. When I drove my car I noticed my car was driving terrible and now had an issue that was not present. I called to request help with this issue they told me they needed manager approval and would give me a call back. I never received a call back and had to call them a week later to find out what was going on. They at no moment listened to what the issue was and continued to be rude to me as if I was a bother. They finally pushed me off to Lexus of Pembroke Pines. As soon as I arrived, they listened to what I was saying and solved the issue that I was having without having to run a diagnostics on the car. I will not be returning to North Miami for any service nor any of my car needs. More
