At Lexus of North Miami our assistant service advisors/service operators provide a welcoming answering service which you can reach Monday through Friday 7:30am-6:00pm, Saturday from 8:00am-5:00pm and Sundays from 11:00am-4:00pm (appointments recommended). Drove from Jacksonville Florida to Miami to go to this car. They knew that we were coming away 15 minutes before we got to the dealership all of a sudden they did not have the car and the car was some unk car. They knew that we were coming away 15 minutes before we got to the dealership all of a sudden they did not have the car and the car was some unknown auction that we found out does not exist. They were not able to locate the car. They could not show us the car at all. And that’s supposedly a bidder offering 3k over MRSP. When we got there they had us talk to the manager. When they realized that there was no convincing us of getting another car, they told us “so sorry.” Wasted 10 hours on a Sunday before work on Monday. We both have good credit scores over 800 and would have been an easy sale on their part. Would not recommend this dealership to anyone. Shady practices. More

Brought my car in for a tire check after thinking I might have hit a curb. During the visit, the team mentioned a possible recall, which thankfully turned out not to apply. Kevin Chin, door 1, and another gentleman, door 4, (whose name I didn’t catch) were both exceptionally helpful throughout the process. They even provided a loaner vehicle and later assisted me in retrieving an item I’d left in the car. Grateful for their professionalism and kindness. Lexus service continues to impress. More
