At Lexus of North Miami our assistant service advisors/service operators provide a welcoming answering service which you can reach Monday through Friday 7:30am-6:00pm, Saturday from 8:00am-5:00pm and Sundays from 11:00am-4:00pm (appointments recommended). The adviser won’t consider to check the car or give time to diagnose the problem. I been with the dealer over 14 years and I have 3 car. He doesn’t try to see who is the client or give some attention the to diagnose the problem. I been with the dealer over 14 years and I have 3 car.
