Our shop has all the top factory required tools and equipment accompanied by thirty-two factory trained technicians, eight Lexus certified trained advisors and over eighty service bays which makes it easy for our customers.
At Lexus of North Miami our assistant service advisors/service operators provide a welcoming answering service which you can reach Monday through Friday 7:30am-6:00pm, Saturday from 8:00am-5:00pm and Sundays from 11:00am-4:00pm (appointments recommended). The customer service is good but I was not happy with my loaner. The car was dented in several spots, the rear light was broken, the check engine alert was on and gas was almost running out. My experience with buying a pre-owned Certified Lexus with sales rep, Luke Smigiel was outstanding. I had another vehicle I was interested in at a different Lexus dealership and Luke convinced me that th with sales rep, Luke Smigiel was outstanding. I had another vehicle I was interested in at a different Lexus dealership and Luke convinced me that the Lexus he had in mind was a better deal in the long run. Even though the vehicle Luke was offering was at a much higher price and a lot NEWER, I went with his advice and couldn’t be happier. Luke was 100% correct. My new Service Advisor, Eric Garcia, was excellent! I could not be happier with this advisor. Eric saved me a lot of money from fixing my vehicle issue elsewhere and had me in and out of the service de I could not be happier with this advisor. Eric saved me a lot of money from fixing my vehicle issue elsewhere and had me in and out of the service department within a few hours of a COLD CALL!! That is unbelievable!! I had NO appointment. I called the service department with a question about a battery issue. Mr. Garcia, not only had my vehicle completely fixed, including a factory recall issue, it was serviced and washed in record time. Eric Garcia, hands down, is the best Service Advisor I have ever encountered in the 12 years of my experience owning a Lexus. Outstanding Service Advisor. FIVE STARS*****. More
