Best Experience Ever I had a wonderful experience at Lexus of Merrillville on 3/11/14. My sales rep was Sue and I cant explain how helpful and friendly she was. I was undecided if I was going to get this 2010 BMW or a 2011 Lexus IS 250. I was aiming towards the IS 250 but did not care for the light interior but I loved the price for the car and all the other features. She went above and beyond to get me the black interior IS from another Lexus dealer not only that it had less miles and it was a 2012 for the same price. I was so happy I had to give her a hug and I cried on my way home. I will purchase here in the future. I even got a " thank you" card from her with a gift card for Dunkin Donuts 2 weeks ago. Excellent customer service!!! I would of wrote my review earlier but I wanted to drive my car for a couple of weeks to see if I really liked it and I love it. Best purchase ever!!! More

He created a non-pressured atmosphere, yet he found out valuable information about the used car we purchased that helped us to make our decision. Paul, the technology specialist, was a great asset to make us feel at ease with the location of features within the car. He helped us get the Bluetooth phone set up with the car's system and to help us understand the features without reading the whole car manual. John, the finance specialist, had everything prepared prior to us meeting with him, so the purchasing process went quickly and smoothly. Chris, the service consultant, greeted me with a smile and a "no problem, we can take care of that" attitude-and he did!
