I called and they told me they couldn't do anything because since I bought cash and my truck already left their dealer, they don't care. say that I paid 20,000 cash and in repairs I have spent around 13,000 and there are still things to repair on my certified car More

Inquired on a used certified vehicle beginning December 14th, offer declined on December 21st. Car then reduced in price, contacted same people January 15th, 16th, and told on Wednesday, January 17th Mgr. 14th, offer declined on December 21st. Car then reduced in price, contacted same people January 15th, 16th, and told on Wednesday, January 17th Mgr. off would have to wait until next day for purchase numbers. Same day at 8:52 pm receive a text from Pete stating car I wanted numbers on and had been speaking to dealership on for the past three days and in December, was sold that day. I brought my NX350h in because the navigation system kept shutting down and rebooting. The technician installed new software but that only made the problem worse. I called Chris to inform him of the problem shutting down and rebooting. The technician installed new software but that only made the problem worse. I called Chris to inform him of the problem he told me he would order a new logic board. Four weeks later the new board arrived and we made an appointment to have it installed. I brought my NX in and about two hours later the new board was installed along with the new software. the following day we took it on a 200 mile round trip and everything worked as it should. Thanks you to Chris Hodges for keeping me up to date on the repairs. Lexus of Merrillville has given me the best service of all the dealers I have dealt with. More
