I looked at the cars in the showroom and was surprised to see a 2012 Lexus 350 there.it had just been reduced in price. It looked brand new, and was just what I was looking for because I couldn't afford a 2015. I got to test drive it and knew it was for me. Everyone was so nice and answered all my questions. I felt like they really cared. No pushy sales, no competition. The extra warrantee was explained and I'm coming in Monday to add it. Dave even called my insurance office for me. I am 66 years old and have worked my whole life so that one day I could have a luxury car like this. I like the design and the size and all the extras other brands do no have. With Rick and Pete's extra efforts I was able to get the vehicle I wanted and feel like I made a couple of friends along the way. At the end of the sales experience John Desmet did a thoroughly professional and detailed handling of the financial details with plenty of explanation when needed. Paul Karlin sat next to me in my new Lexus before I drove it off the grounds and went over every technical detail of my new purchase patiently and thoroughly………and with a little humor thrown in. Oh, and when I had a question or two about my worn out trade in, I stopped by the service department and Todd took time out of his busy day to provide the information I needed.
