Good Bye I was a long time customer, however, the service department failed me tremendously with recent vehicle repairs and destroyed the inside of my vehicle. I went to pick up my vehicle after 3 weeks with a loaner only to discover outside of vehicle was dirty with bird crap, dirt, and oil on the outside. When I opened the inside of vehicle, it was trashed. Pink oil spilled all over drivers side carpeting. Inside was dirty with dirt and oil. Not only was inside dirty, the service put numerous dings scratches, scrapes throughout the inside of my vehicle. I will never go back to this dealership! More

I tried calling her cell several times because we didn't have the dealership number with us.Finally the phone was answered by Marc. Evidently wife had laid her phone down to get a cup of coffee and forgot it . Once I shared with my sales associate, Marc Lovejoy he pulled an inventory of all vehicles matching my interest. He was extremely knowledgeable and patient as I took my time looking through and test driving the certified pre-owned inventory. Upon making my selection, Marc and the service associates Todd and Chris were extremely helpful with getting the vehicle serviced and prepared for me to drive off the lot. They were all very accommodating, even arranging for a loaner vehicle to be used until my new car was ready. More

From the showroom vehicles, in every glass office to the furthest corner in the service area, everything was immaculate! Even outside, the grounds looked a nice as a PGA golf course. In addition, there was the utmost in professionalism and curtesy in all of the employees. Everyone at this dealership act like they were glad to be there and made me feel like this was the place to be. Then Mr. Lovejoy walked up and greeted me with a warm smile and firm hand shake and said, "how are you and how can we help you?" I told him I saw a vehicle on line and was interested in seeing it. We have had it about 4 days now and we are truly happy with it. Ric Coven Tech Specialist took the time to go over the car before we drove it home. That to us was like the “gem” in the haystack. We have never had that done with any car that we have bought. That meant more to us than anything. We truly appreciated Marc and Ric for all that they have done. The only thing we have found that we weren’t too happy with was when we brought the vehicle in for a car wash we waited approximately 30 minutes and Ric saw us still sitting there so he went in to push them. They took our car in right after he came back. We wondered if he wouldn’t have took the time to do that for us how much longer we would have waited. We appreciate the on hands workmanship but our time is more valuable to us. More
