Although everybody was very polite and courteous but our sales age I leased Lexus GS 350 few months ago. The whole experience was a very pleasant one. Although everybody was very polite and courteous but our sales agent Kamalpreet was the real difference between this dealership and others I have dealt with in the past. He was very professional, honest and transparent in his interaction with us. He gave all the information necessary to make informed decisions. We never felt pressured at anytime. He facilitated the leasing process to our satisfaction. He has tremendous knowledge of various models of Lexus and filled the gaps in our knowledge about this model intelligently. He made follow up calls to make sure everything was.going well with the new purchase. He deserves five stars for his role in making this experience so easy and pleasant. Luxurious Lexus Experience of Edison!!!!! My husband and I went to the Lexus of Edison dealership this past weekend, 11/14/15, and to simply put, WE LEFT FLOATING ON CLOUD NINE! From start to My husband and I went to the Lexus of Edison dealership this past weekend, 11/14/15, and to simply put, WE LEFT FLOATING ON CLOUD NINE! From start to finish, we felt as though we were catered to. We were met and greeted with warm smiles and guiding hands. The major event held that day ran seamlessly. The service was immaculate; the salespeople were pleasant, warm & helpful; and we were able to roam the facility to explore the inventory at will and at our own pace. Thomas, who took us on our test drive, truly catered to our needs and wishes. My husband and I can be quite fastidious, but he obliged to do everything that we asked, even to questions like, "Can you squeeze in with us in the back seat to see how much room we have?" He would smile, crack a joke and immediately reply with, "Yes". He didn't rush the experience, every car we asked to see he immediately ran to provide, and he seemed completely at ease with any and every question we threw at him- trust me, we had plenty. Peter, our salesman, was amazing!!! He was very professional, provided great attention to detail, and most importantly, he didn’t make us feel like another number. My husband and I truly felt as though he tried to give us the best deal, and the best experience possible. He was very patient with our questions, he explained the paper work and walked us through the process step by step. Although this was our first Lexus purchase, he made us feel at ease and excited about it. Peter’s enthusiasm was contagious; we felt how he was genuinely excited for us! From start to finish, Peter has been thorough in his follow-up and follow-through. He truly made this experience a memorable one for us!!! THANKS PETER!!!! Lastly, Paola, our financial specialist, brought warmth to the experience in dealing with numbers and interest rates. She was thorough and patient in selecting the best banker to provide us with the best rates. She explained the process to us as we walked through it with her, and she didn’t try to push unnecessary promotions onto our financial package. We left her office feeling thoroughly satisfied with the service she provided us. ALL IN ALL, Lexus of Edison and their wonderful staff left us feeling completely satiated and ecstatic about our new purchase. I can't count the number of people who warned me "not to go shopping for a car without having a man with me "Joe Scerbo - Salesman Extraordinaire!" I resented that...mainly because the friends and family members who "warned" me were all people who should know ME! They should know, by now, that I am not only a good judge of character, but that I always do my homework/research beforehand and that I had already made my decision on the make, model, year, color, mileage, features and price I was willing to pay! All that was left to do was to test drive and meet with the Best SalesPERSON at this dealership! Joe proved to be that person...he was an honest, sincere, experienced and straight-forward PROFESSIONAL! Arrived and was told Thomas was with another customer- introduced to Lisa who was clueless - after twenty minutes she brought the car around- when I asked about the CPO warentee , she told me the car was not - I showed her , her own web site and she was perplexed- then she told me the car was going to auction tomorrow and if I was interested I would need to buy today- completely unprofessional - violated my trust- when would I ever consider this dealership- I might add I'm a lexus owner purchased a GX 470 new- this car would have been for my daughter - More
