Chris Young was very helpful all through the sales process. He was off on Friday but came over to office upon our request. I wanted to give a great review to Lexus of Edison. I had priced out the RX 350 at 2 different Lexus dealerships and I did not want the runaround at the third. I called and spoke with Justin and told him exactly what I wanted. I said that I didn't want to come there and waste his time or mine. He called me back right away and beat the price of the other 2 dealerships significantly. When we got there he introduced me to Noel Borrero the salesperson who completed the deal. He was extremely helpful and patient with me when I couldn't decide what color to choose. This was the easiest car purchase that I have made ever!!! They have been nothing but accomodating. Tom tried to pressure me into purchasing a car that I had not driven or seen in the daylight. They spoke about the fact that they only sell Certified Pre-Owned vehicles (which are supposed to come with a 3 y not driven or seen in the daylight. Yet they tried to get me to sign for a 6 month warranty and offered the 3 year warranty for $1,000! Tom was very rude and stated that he never said that the car was certified and that I was to take the 6 mo. warranty or walk away! More

I don't have any complaints for him but,when i personally visited the dealer justin hand me off to someone else because he suppose to support only for Internet sales. The personel sales representative name is: Tom and he doesn't look like that interested to explain me everything when i mentioned that i have to wait for week or so to get my car. We liked the car after the test drive, so we told him our price and showed him our trade-in vehicle.Without even looking at the vehicle he mentioned we can give this much for your vehicle that's all. We ended up not buying car from lexus of edison and now looking someone else who can help with my search. Thanks More
It's funny I was reading comments about this dealer and the complain about a FREE car wash, key word FREE. I never have had any problems with mine. I love the fact it's free!! Lexus of Edison is very young delearship and to cover the market they do lots of commitment and one of them was 'FREE CAR WASH'. When I purchased new RX350, the commitment was to come anytime for FREE was market they do lots of commitment and one of them was 'FREE CAR WASH'. When I purchased new RX350, the commitment was to come anytime for FREE wash between 7AM-7PM. 6 months later they changed FREE car wash policy to Mon-Fry (NO Saturday) 7AM-7PM and now they changed timing again Mon-Fry 8AM-5:30PM so usually nobody will able to go for car wash due to business hours. I spoke with customer relationship manager who also didn't keep his commitment to the customer which he did at the time of car sale. They are not for Luxury car sale but they should sale Toyota. This is not just me but my friend also complain same about this dealership. More
