I bought my Lexus Nx 300 from Lexus of Edison in 2021. I have not been to any other dealership for service, and I spent so much money there over the past 3 years. I am usually treated with care but this l I have not been to any other dealership for service, and I spent so much money there over the past 3 years. I am usually treated with care but this last time has been a nightmare! I accidentally hit a raccoon in their loaner, causing bumper damage, while my car was being serviced. When I returned their vehicle the service advisor Mohammed began to treat me unfairly. I provided my insurance if and then he claimed I MUST pay him my deductible before leaving and hounded me for it. He said to contact my insurance and they would tell me the same, and they did NOT! Now he calls and says my insurance company denied the claim but when I spoke to my insurance company they denied the claim because Lexus did not provide information requested! Now I’m to cover the cost because they did not do what they were supposed to do. This is the worst experience I’ve ever had at this dealership, I spend too much money to go through this. I will never go there again, they lost a customer! If I could put negative stars I would. More

She was attentive to our wants and showed us a car which we actually purchased. We did our homework and indicated what we were willing to pay. She met our price with a minimum of bargaining. We typically shop around at various dealerships. It was not necessary this time. I have always refused to push a Dealership since my expectations are not same as others. However without a doubt Lexus of Edison is the place to go and definitely ask for Andrea Arias. More

5 years ago we purchased our second Lexus RX350 F Sport and we got a good price and we were treated fairly. So we contacted the dealership to buy a GX460 for our 36th Wedding Anniversary. Unfortunately, and we got a good price and we were treated fairly. So we contacted the dealership to buy a GX460 for our 36th Wedding Anniversary. Unfortunately, our sales person was no longer at the dealership. We were contacted by Zahid Syed and we talked on the phone on the trim levels available for the GX 460. We settled on the Luxury trim fully optioned. He was very knowledgeable about the features and additional options. We did a test drive and we did the paperwork. I even scored 900 on the credit which lowered my interest rate by 1% - Tony Kwak the finance manager clearly explained the other products we could purchase - and we got the maintenance and tire & key packages. He was also very helpful! We highly recommend you contact Zahid & Tony if you're in the market for a Lexus. They both were "low-key" and did not pressure us our sell us options we were not interested in. More

I am a loyal customer of Lexus of Edison for almost 16 to 17 years. I was a customer even before I owned any Lexus vehicle because of a service advisor who moved from a Toyota dealership to Lexus of Edison a 17 years. I was a customer even before I owned any Lexus vehicle because of a service advisor who moved from a Toyota dealership to Lexus of Edison and because I liked his service and with his invitation I was servicing my Toyota Prius (imported from Japan) and my Toyota minivan, at Lexus of Edison and the service advisor will give me a Lexus as a loaner. Because of his influence, I bought a Lexus RX 450h in 2011 (when it was released) from this dealership and servicing that vehicle since then until now. I have seen many many management changes and every time there is a change I was not sure of the service level until I have a positive experience with the new management Since I was not using my Lexus RX 450h at all because of coviid, I did not visit the Lexus of Edison dealership for a while. Recently I took my Rx450h to the dealership which has fairly new management. Once again, I was unsure with this new management and I was candid with the service advisor Mr Mohamed Khader and his manager Mr Rino LaCerra about my uneasiness and about my past, not so good experiences. Mr Mohamed Khader was excellent in understanding my concerns, assured me of excellent service and stood up to his words. The whole process of check in, loaner arrangements, is flawless, quick and paperless. I was in and out under less than 5 min and I could not believe myself. I went straight to Mr Rino LaCerra, Service Director’s office and expressed the outstanding service offered by Mr Mohamed Khader and also their new way of modernized service which was quick (less than 5 min including loaner), almost no paper to sign, very efficient and very assuring. The reason I took my time to write this review is that in my experience with this dealership for the past 16 to 17 years, I have not seen this kind of excellence and they really rock. They are just superb and outstanding. More
