We had been to other Lexus dealership, and finally landed in Edison dealership co-incidentally and became a memorable experience. There was never a moment when we didn't feel absolutely comfortable about how everything was handled. The process was smooth and transparent while I eagerly waited to pull off our SUVs of our dreams. I sat patiently sipping on a refreshing beverage offered by Kamal as I hung on to his every word. I was captivated by his knowledge and expertise. Kamal was diligent in seeing that I did not go away dissatisfied. When I initially arrived at the dealership, I was immediately overwhelmed w/joy because I knew I was in good hands.
