Great Experience I had the best car buying experience at Lexus of Edison. Nick Peresunko was a great sales person to deal with. I explained to him what I was interes I had the best car buying experience at Lexus of Edison. Nick Peresunko was a great sales person to deal with. I explained to him what I was interested in and how much I was looking to spend. He was a great help, he put together a list for me and in a short time we were test driving a few cars. A few hours later we were making a deal. I'm very happy so far with my purchase even happier with my experience. I would recommend Nick to anyone interested in purchasing a Lexus. Daniel Mercado was also a great help, I've been in with the financial person before in other dealers and they can end up breaking the deal. Not the case here, Danny explained all my options and also answered all my questions. More
Dissapointed with this experience 30 days ago I purchased a brand new 2016 ES300h, second vehicle I bought from this dealer. 2 weeks after my purchase and signed contract I started rec 30 days ago I purchased a brand new 2016 ES300h, second vehicle I bought from this dealer. 2 weeks after my purchase and signed contract I started receiving demanding calls from Daniel Mercado the financial manager that I owe $500 and need to come in immediately and have my contract re written!!! No apologies no mention of errors!! Now they let my temporary registration expire because they haven't processed my paperwork, and I cant drive or work..my vehicle is for business use. When I called them I was advised to continue driving and they will pay for my tickets!!! More
Rude, insulting. Can't wait to get away from Lexus They were rude and insulting when I brought my IS250 in for service with malfunctioning wiper (passenger side). Was sent from one to another though I had a 1:30 APPOINTMENT (you jerks should learn what that word means, some of us WORK and can't sit around all afternoon). Finally, they look at it and tell me it's $500 to repair failing mechanism. ON A LESS-THAN-FIVE-YEAR-OLD-LUXURY CAR? That's already been "fixed" under recall? I think "fixed under recall" means that it should be fixed with a part that doesn't fail AGAIN in 2 years! I'm pretty sure the government expects safety equipment to work more than 1/3 the expected life of the car. Insulting person told me "maybe you don't clean the windshield property". Well, the other cars I've owned during the over-one-million miles I drove never had wipers fail. They "fixed" it for free, saying it probably wouldn't last. Failed again the next day. Oh, that Lexus quality! IT SUCKS! More

I stopped in to see it in Edison on a Saturday and was greeted by Pete Hannah, I was trading in a I was searching on auto trader for a Honda Element. I stopped in to see it in Edison on a Saturday and was greeted by Pete Hannah, I was trading in a Saab and he saw me through all phases of my purchase with comfortable professionalism. I am sure he could have sold a few new cars that day,but he still took the time to help me. The car was ready to roll a short time later. Then I met with Daniel Mercado,and although it was getting late he still stepped up and handled our transaction in a friendly,and thoroughly professional manner. All in all it was smooth sailing. FRAUD Walked into dealership, Arnie the sales guy gave me a strong deal which was approved by general sales manager Justine,. We were hesitant but Justin was a smooth talker and quickly talked us into leasing the car as and assured us that they were all professionals and lexus certified. I was dealing with Arnie who appeared to be very knowledgeable but was caught in a web of lies when confronted about the pull ahead program which he promised would apply no matter who in the family owned a Lexus. Arnie kept making us change addresses on insurance documents and refused to give us an answer as to why, and would not give us a his F and I managers name only telling us that he would handle it. We were duped into giving them more money on the phone before they delivered the car. We waited patiently even at the expense of my 11 year old sons birthday gift Nets tickets which Arnie knew about and then heartlessly told us that he wouldn't be taking in our old leased car which was part of the Lexus pull ahead program. I realized then why he made us change addresses numerous times, I realize that compromising my sons birthday, Christmas our day, our feelings, was just a ploy to make a buck for Arnie who works and is a cohort of LEXUS OF EDISON, I contacted hthe general sales manager JUSTINE who told me he gave me the best deal he could and to move on with my life as he cannot help me any further. His General Manager Mr. Dimeo was unavailable and was on a vacation until the middle of January. AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP AT ALL COSTS... FRAUDSTERS DEALING FRAUD!!!!! I will contacted Lexus and they promised that they will deal with these con artists. Will keep all posted More

I spoke to Dale Johnson who was very helpful in assisting me with the purchase of a 2012 Lexus IS I went to Lexus of Edison looking for a used Lexus. I spoke to Dale Johnson who was very helpful in assisting me with the purchase of a 2012 Lexus IS 250. Dale came in early on a Saturday morning to accommodate my needs.
