Put a $1K deposit back in July for an NX350h. Insisted that he confirm in writing that the deposit was refundable, which he did. Fast forward early November. Vlad said I had to stop by to have my cc swiped. I stopped by on a Saturday and he then claimed the system had just changed and they didn't need to swipe my credit card. Ok, they promised to post the refund on Monday. Of course nothing happened. Called a week later and they promised to get back to me by end of day which they did not.
