Went in for an oil change on my rx300. My friend told me to mark the oil filter since it is in a very difficult place to get at to change. Once the I got my car back after the oil and filter change I notice to mark the oil filter since it is in a very difficult place to get at to change. Once the I got my car back after the oil and filter change I noticed the paint mark I had put on the filter was still there. When confronted the guy in service that did the oil change said he was too busy and forgot to get to the filter. At this point, how would I even know the oil was changed. Would not recommend this dealer for service. More
