I gave it a four stars because the service technician appeared to rushed or showed little care when working on the vehicle. I was very happy with my experience at Lexus of Arlington. My NX350H was delivered in the time they said it would and I never felt any pressure. Asked to have GM financial for financing, was even given a rate that was said to be from them. Pulled my credit report and also talked to GM as they are still pending the payoff payment, financing was neve a rate that was said to be from them. The car is nice, however when checking out the car after arriving home, there isn't any of the tire replacement/fix a flat system that is standard in these cars. Would have thought this would have been an automatic item a dealership would have been replaced. Additionally, only 1 key was given. Industry standard is 2. Athena was an absolute pleasure to work with. Victor received 1 star as I do not appreciate being lied to. Additionally, they would not tell.me the value I was getting for.my car until close to final negotiation. Found this to be odd as I asked before even wanting to talk finance. More
