He sad I need to come with my husband, I said that I am a customer, not my husband!.. but it is changed nothing.. so I will return the car in June next year and will go to another dealer More

I bought a certified Lexus rx350Lwith 161 points. Within 5 miles driving going home I noticed a cracked in the windshield and squicking noise underneath. I returned back and told them the problem. We talked about what work was needed and also what would be done going forward. I was called when car was ready - Lori even asked if I needed a ride.
