The overall service was good however on this trip I had cabin service done and was not made aware that an air freshener would be used it was a nightmare driving home with the windows open at 34 degrees and cabin service done and was not made aware that an air freshener would be used it was a nightmare driving home with the windows open at 34 degrees and continuing to try to get that sent out of the car some people are allergic to the chemicals in the sense and the migraine that ensued was very bad I struggle with how to rate overall service when this one item that was so critical was a problem because the rest of the service to this point had been good.
