Ed had me in and out in less than hour and a half while I waited. Was able to us her waiting room to do some work and video conference calls. Doesn’t make sense to have a nice waiting area with separate seats to work at and no WiFi. Used my phone as a hot spot but seems penny wise and dollar foolish for a brand as reputable as Lexus. More
