I asked that my tires be checked by the Lexus dealer nearest me in Indianapolis prior going on vacation. I was told they were perfectly safe. Less than 48 hours later, I had a flat on I-290. The cord nearest me in Indianapolis prior going on vacation. I was told they were perfectly safe. Less than 48 hours later, I had a flat on I-290. The cording/mesh on the tire was visible in two places - obviously not a safe tire. You all not only replaced the tire but you stayed open after hours to take care of it - on a holiday weekend. I ended up replacing all four tires because I no longer trusted my home dealer-at all. I am grateful to Eddie and all who came to my rescue. It was an incredibly professional and compassionate experience. Thank you! More
