Matt Harmmer, our salesman, was super and he worked with us to ensure we selected the best vehicle for our needs. He let us drive different models of the Santa Fe and showed us the different options with no us to ensure we selected the best vehicle for our needs. I have used this dealership many times for most of the work done on my vehicle, but this last time it was very painful dealing with trying to get a new handle for my car. I had to be the one back and fort work done on my vehicle, but this last time it was very painful dealing with trying to get a new handle for my car. I had to be the one back and forth between two separate departments, service and parts, because parts was the department that painted the handle, but I had to schedule work through service. Sounds easy until you show up with your car on a scheduled day to find out the service department did not know for sure the handle was not painted because, after three years of using this service department, they lost my VIN and parts could not paint it with out it. Overall, it took a month to get a new door handle for my car, and after spending close to $200 for the part and installation (a new part understnable) I ended up paying an additional $80 for painting it, which I was not quoted before. It seems rediculous to spend almost $200 for a part, not including labor of installation that is so small, and obviously fragil. I must say, the quality of work makes me think twice before taking it somewhere else. But with that fiasco, I will most likely get body work done somewhere else. More

I cam in for a oil change and inquired about upgrading my car to a newer car with more features. I had a salesmen that came out into the cold and offered to see if we needed any help and we took off from the car to a newer car with more features. He listened to our needs, price range, and what options we were looking for. he tailored his search to even the inventory that just came in that day, and found what we would be comfortable affording. He was able to work out the numbers with our trade in to exceed what we were expecting and we closed the deal. this was my fourth car from that dealership and have 2 2010 cars from them now. I would recommend them to anyone in a minute. More

Amazing experience! I got a great deal and saved about $1700 compared to Raleigh. It was well worth the trip, I was in and out of there in less than an hour to ice the cake. I've bought about 20 cars alt $1700 compared to Raleigh. It was well worth the trip, I was in and out of there in less than an hour to ice the cake.
