Tilita is Awesome!! Unfortunately, one of my friends thought he was doing me a favor by getting some serious work done to my car. He didn't take it to Lee Hyundai to get it done. I know he meant well, but I was on edge. I was going out of town and was very concerned about the work that was done (Not at a hyundai dealer). Tilita squeeze me in on a Saturday to look at my car before I had to go back to Florida. She said that everything look fine according to the tech. It just needed a couple of things done. What a sigh of relief. I thank Tilita for her assistance on getting me in on a holiday weekend. I have also asked my friend to never have anything done to my car without the hyundai being involved going forward.
My son and I recently purchased an Elantra from Lee. Worked with PJ and Sebastian. Many promises were made that ultimately did not come to fruition. We were told that the price of the vehicle would one number but ultimately the price was higher than promised. Another example, after running credit reports we were told what the interest rate would be but when the final deal was proposed the rate was higher. In addition, we were told that the negotiated price included ceramic seal coating but the final deal included an additional $500 for the coating. We dropped off car to get the coating applied which was supposed to to take a day to get done but the coating was done in 2 hours-Not even sure if the service was actually completed. I would have walked from the deal but my son loved the car. Proceed with caution and expect the unexpected....not in a good way.

The process of buying a new car can be stressful, but Monique worked with me over several days and met me where I was at and wasn't pushy at all. She was able to answer all my questions and was very professional. In the end, I purchased a GV 70 and felt like I got a fair deal. Monique's whole team was great, they all accommodated some of my quirks about the process of purchasing a vehicle and in the end I felt like I was treated with understanding and respect. Kudos to the who team, with a shout out for Monique
I'm a person that really dislikes most car salesmen. But I must give compliments to Dave Clark at Lee hyundai. Besides buying my last two cars from Dave Clark, he has become the exception to the dreaded salesmen. Dave is a straight shooter and very knowledgeable about what he is selling. The last car I purchased was the easiest purchase and pretty much changed my mind about car salesmen. We were told that Lee Hyundai didn't have the vehicle I was looking for, as my wife and I were walking to my car to leave, we bumped into Dave Clark. He then told us they have one in the back lot. Within a very short time we were driving home in our new Sante Fe. Thank you Dave for your great service.
Lee Hyundai was a great dealership, and customer service was excellent! Bryce was a great help!
