I came back from deployment excited to purchase the vehicle I had picked out online while overseas. I went on to the lot to look at the vehicle and was given a presentation my a salesman, Mr. Rugger. In the presentation he explained all the features and benefits of the car plus some. By "plus some" I mean he told me the car had features it did not, that the warranty covered things it did not. At the time of signing he left the room and the finance manager took over from there. He then explained the warranty on the vehicle and said it did not cover everything that Mr. Rugger has previously said it did. I was able to wrap my head around that and blow it off. I still wanted the car. I purchased it and left the lot to head home to figure out all the options it had as they were explained in the sales process. Once I was home I tried figuring out for hours the option on how to use my car and cell phone. I was told I would be able to track my car, start my car and receive monthly maintenance reports/needs all on my cell phone. After not being able to figure this out I went back to the dealer to ask for help. I had to wait there over an hour to talk to "my" sales guy, Mr. Rugger. When I did get to explain the reason for my visit, he immediately said, "Now, I was just telling you what you're car may have done, and some of the features it could have come with". I let him know that was not how he presented it and my wife and I both heard him sell those features with the car. Then he said it was probably my phone, that I didn't have the right phone (which was as iphone). I said no worries, I will go buy the new phone and then someone can teach me how. At that point he reached out to another associate for help and then I was told that the Elantra sedan does not come with the feature called "Blue Link" I asked if they could simply put it in the car. At this point the Managers came by to try and help the problem. I was told the feature only comes in the Elantra GT, The sonata, and the santa fe. There was nothing to be done to install it in my vehicle. They offered to upgrade me of course for a cost, or to let me out of the agreement. Looking back now I wish I had taken that option and let them have the car back. The one thing the dealership did do was make the first months payment in hopes that this would help in not having the $2,000+ equipment that they said it came with. I purchased this car not even two months ago, a few weeks back the tire pressure sensor light came on and I checked all the pressure in the tires and all seemed to fine. In addition to this, the door handles was sticking. In the same time I was noticing these issues, Mr. Rugger called to see if I had done this survey yet. When I answered the phone, he called me Mrs. and completely called me by the wrong last name. I let him know the problems I was having, he said those issues were common with new cars, and to bring it in. I planned on taking it in this coming Monday. But last night I came out from dinner to find I had a flat on my car. It was a tear/hole in the side wall. I plugged it last night took it to the dealership today to get it fixed. They said that was not covered by the warranty. The warranty was specifically Sold to me and explained that it covered bumper to bumper, Apparently the tires or not part of bumper to bumper to warranty. When I check the glove box for my informational tire brochure that was in the glove box, it was for the wrong tire brand. I had to order a tire today through the dealership for $140+. In the end, i would not recommend the dealership, the sales personnel are not informed of what cars have what features, nor what the warranty covers. They are full of knowledge on saying what needs to be said in order to close a deal. I'd stay away from Lee in Fayetteville. If you are sold on Hyuandai, drive to Raleigh, it will be worth your drive, these guys are liars. More

Quiomy was a very sweet and professional salesperson. She actually began working with me last year in hopes of becoming a first-time car buyer. Seeing as I was not quite financially ready to purchase, she s actually began working with me last year in hopes of becoming a first-time car buyer. The process from start the finish was a great experience .The first person in the process was Kim Brantley whom, I talk to on the phone and we e mail each other. However I never got to see her in person, thanks Kim. Then Bryce Gains call me to set up a time for a visit. Upon arrived at your dealership Bryce greeted me in the parking lot as I drove up. He was very attended with the paper work and making sure I know about the vehicle during the test drive as well. Bryce called afterward to see if my needs had been met. My husband and I went to Lee Hyundai to look at possibly trading our SUV for a truck that they had on their used lot. We had already visited a couple of other dealerships in the area and were not impressed trading our SUV for a truck that they had on their used lot. We had already visited a couple of other dealerships in the area and were not impressed with their customer service. Lee Hyundai, however, was the most professional and friendly dealership we have EVER visited. After trying to work out options for trading our vehicle for that truck; the floor manager, Nick, sat down with us and gave us some very friendly and valuable advice about more suitable vehicles for our current situation. We ended up going with a brand new Sonata (which we LOVE). Juan did a wonderful job with making our financial paperwork quick and painless, yet easy to understand. The team even stayed well passed closing time to show us all of the ins and outs of our new car. We are extremely satisfied with our experience at Lee Hyundai! We will be sure to highly recommend this dealership to anyone we know looking for a new/used car. I look forward to doing business with them again in the future. More
