She quoted me a great price on a 2013 Elantra, even lower than I had expected, with all the options we wanted. We worked out all the numbers through email and phone. I had a very bad experience several years ago when buying another car, so I was kind of leery about what to expect when going to this dealership to sign the paperwork (we live 3 hours from the dealership). After a long drive out there, I was extremely and pleasantly surprised with how we were treated at Lee. All the paperwork had been prepared and all the numbers were exactly what we had discussed - no surprises, no extra add-on's, no nonsense, no BS, no headaches. Sheila walked us through the "closing" process and the paperwork, she was also very nice to work with. Juan, the Business/Finance Manager, helped us with the final paperwork, what I really liked about working with him is that there were no attempts to up-sell us on stuff like extended warranties, VIN etching, life insurance, whatever, all the stuff you usually dread at a dealership. We just signed a few forms and we were done, they handed us the keys and off we went. VERY painless experience.
