A New Lifetime Loyal Customer My name is Ms. Roberts, and I'm a loyal customer of Hyundai of 4 years. I've had the pleasure of owning 3 brand new vehicles in 3 years: 2011 Sonata, My name is Ms. Roberts, and I'm a loyal customer of Hyundai of 4 years. I've had the pleasure of owning 3 brand new vehicles in 3 years: 2011 Sonata, 2012 Sonata 2.0T, 2013 3.8 Genesis. I love the Hyundai vehicles, the style, and the value for the car. I enjoy the amenities without the inflated overpricing that is inherent with a "brand". Hyundai seems to value the customer and I like that they look to make luxury affordable. With that being said, I wanted to take the opportunity to speak about my experience with Lee Hyundai. I encountered a situation in which I was forced to have to look for another car. Of course it was a no-brainer as to which brand of car that I was going to have. Hyundai all the way! But in my recent purchases I've purchased all 3 vehicles from the same dealership. Upon my return there, I knew what I was specifically looking for and the basic price (not payment) range that I wanted to stay in. I found the Genesis model to be impressive and I wanted to stay with it. The 5.0 really peaked my interested, and it was love at first test drive. However, I was disheartened with the given price ranges considering my track record there. The salesman, Napoleon, was awesome! He was pleasant, proactive, and knowledgeable but in the end it was the pricing for my vehicle of choice that made me take a chance in venturing out before settling on something less (2015 -genesis 3.8) than what I had originally desired (genesis 2015-5.0). My internet search came up with several local options which is how I found Lee Hyundai, and questioned if I really wanted to drive so far just to get a car. I decided on taking a chance at looking at their inventory and had the opportunity to chat with a wonderful internet sales representative named Alex McAllister. Now Alex was amazing!!! I informed her of my 2 top preferences and the exact color that I wanted. That didn't dissuade her one bit. From the initial conversation she was pleasant, quick, thorough and I truly believed that she was definitely going to find what I wanted. She even sent me a comprehensive breakdown of all the packages. That bit of information was so helpful in helping me make sure I was making the best decision for the price. As it turns out the color and package that I wanted made the car a bit rare, but she was full of solutions instead of excuses. We went from chatting online to speaking on the phone. She constantly reassured me that not only were they the biggest dealership in NC, they give the best prices due to that and have serviced many clients from my city and they were all happy customers. Now with some things that a salesperson say you have to take it with a grain of salt because they are just trying to make a sale. But with Alex, for some reason I really believed what she said. Over a course of a week or two we continued to speak, and each time my confidence in what she was offering me and my excitement that what I wanted really could be available to me was growing. Finally, I decided to jump at the opportunity, make the long drive there and see exactly if it would be worth all that she promised it would be. I am happy to say IT WAS!!!! Upon finally meeting, she was available with a big smile and hug. She introduced me to a salesman (Robert Smith) that she felt confident was perfect in assisting me with the solidifying my decision. Due to my current experience with her, I trusted her judgement. I'm glad that I did. Mr. Smith was superior in every aspect. It was an absolute pleasure working with him. Being a veteran, we had something to relate on because both my brothers are now veterans, recently wounded in war a couple of years ago. Additionally, his knowledge of the car itself was extensive. I actually was surprised because he knew who I was when I was pulling into the car lot, even before I had the opportunity to meet him. He had 2 cars already pulled up to the front to help me see what it was that I wanted amenity-wise, and how it would look color-wise. His demeanor was kind, not overbearing, confident not cocky and very pleasurable. I felt confident in dealing business with him that what he said matched the words (numbers) on paper. We handled all the business in dealing with the car quickly too, where I'm used to it taking near 4-5 hours in previous experiences. From the time we got there, took a test drive, and completed some paperwork we were done in about 2 hours or less. I'm so excited to be a new customer of Lee Hyundai, and now a permanent customer of Lee Hyundai. It was well worth the time off work and the drive to get what I wanted at the price that I wanted it. Even the manager Kalvin (I forgot his last name) was exceptional. He wanted to make sure that all was well with me during this decision process, and contacted me to see if he could be of assistance on Alex's day off. Initially, I was a little taken back by the contact because it's not something I was used to receiving. To be honest, I thought that he may have been another salesperson attempting to get me to commit to them. As bad as that sound, this is the car business and I know it's cut throat at times. So, I thought this gesture was different and remarkable too. His offer to not let things drift while one of his employees' was away, or for the customer to feel forgotten about until the salesperson could return to us, is a sign of great customer service. Once I was there, he came by to introduce himself and to reassure me that they are there to be of any assistance to me in this decision. Even for the brief moment of meeting your finance manager through a transaction was a pleasurable experience. He thoroughly explained all of my choices for that transaction and helped me make the correct choice. It's actually because of that and Robert's suggestion that I'm going to see if I can get financed through Lee Hyundai at a better rate. Ok, so I know this was a long letter, but I feel that many people take the time to complain but so few take the time to praise. So here's me taking the time to praise the team at Lee Hyundai. You all are great and doing an awesome job at satisfying your customers. I really appreciate your time and effort that you devote to us. I realize it's just part of a job, but nonetheless thank you for doing it so well. Additionally, thank you so much for the assistance of your power team (Alex, Robert, Kalvin, and the Finance Manager) for making this the best car purchase I have made yet. More

Exceptional Service Let me preface this review by saying I strongly dislike car shopping. My husband would counter that I do love shopping, arguably too much, but car shopping is not my forte so to speak. The idea of spending 15K, 20K, 30K, or (gulp) more in one day makes me nauseous, especially with the added thought of, “I like the vehicle now, but will I like it a year from now?” With that said, we did our research ahead of time and had 2 contenders before we even hit the lot, one being a 2014 Hyundai Santa Fe – the vehicle we visited Lee Hyundai for – and the other being a 2011 Dodge Caliber hatchback. With a $10,000 difference between the two plus a sunroof and leather interior, you would have thought the Caliber was the obvious choice. We bought the Santa Fe without a second thought to the Caliber. We worked with an associate named Alex Temple, and I think had we worked with someone else, we may have walked off the lot that day with the intention of at least test driving the Caliber before making a decision. That was our plan, anyway. Alex had a very intuitive and easy-going demeanor that instantly allowed me to let my guard down a bit. He understood that rather than looking for bells and whistles, my husband and I were focused on something roomy and safe. Instead of attempting to sell us a car, which for us would have been quite off-putting, he seemingly allowed the car to sell itself. He described the various features in a way that was non forceful and allowed you to form your own thoughts on whether or not it was something you, yourself, wanted or even if it was something you were willing to pay a little extra for. Alex was confident – not boastful – of the quality of the product, and that resonated with us. My husband and I found everyone we encountered at Lee Hyundai to be straightforward, friendly, and quite obviously educated on his or her job. Our questions were addressed with ease, and many people were attentive to our needs. I would not hesitate to recommend Lee Hyundai to anyone interested in purchasing a new or used vehicle, and I would especially recommend Alex as a sales associate. Lee Hyundai is quite fortunate to have him as a salesperson. In the end, there is a difference between selling someone a car and selling someone the car that best fits his/her needs and desires. It is quite obvious to me that Lee Hyundai cares about their customers and not just moving stock off a lot. For that, we thank them and look forward to purchasing future vehicles from them. More

He listened to what our needs were and accomodated us without the pressure that you get at most dealerships. Nick Irish, the sales manager, worked with us to come to a price that we could afford and that we were happy with. He was very nice and personable and once again...no pressure! This experience at Hyundai is so different from your typical dealership run around and I would definitely recommend them to anyone considering buying a new or used car. I would also like to mention Lu cious Gardner...he answered questions for my husband while Alex was getting paperwork together. He didn't have to but he took the time out of his schedule to speak with us and I would also recommend his as a good salesman. All in all, a great experience! More

I was heartbroken as I thought I could not have my dream car. Not only did they apologize but they made it more than right. On one of their busiest days of their year, each staff in each department were extremely helpful, courteous and professional. At the center was Robert Smith, who was assigned to us from upper management. What seemed to be insurmountable, impossible obstacles, were overcome - both in the service department with the current Hyundai, and in leaving with a new Hyundai. And, transportation problems solved. More

When we first went to lee hyundai we had been to half a dozen others, we were very discouraged. Steve zickle, now in service was our sales person. Leaving the dealership we wondered how well we could end up really. We had a number of phone calls asking if we were satisfied and if there was anything they could do. 6 months later we returned to get a newer model sonata with a much better interest rate. We knew from there on out that if we were to buy a car in fayetteville, it must come from lee. More
