This is the third new vehicle we've bought at Lee Hyundai, and the seventh new Hyundai we've purchased overall. We love the vehicles, so we only really consider Hyundai when we look at a new car. What makes the difference between Lee and the other dealers is their excellent customer service. This was my experience when I bought my Santa Fe there in 2012, as well as with their Service Department for the five years I drove it, so I expected nothing less with the sales/finance team this time. But they really went above and beyond to help us with our purchase. Quiomy Antonio and P.J. Williams worked closely with us to get the exact vehicle we wanted, which made the process a lot easier. I want to acknowledge Don Strickland in particular. His patient, diligent efforts -- we spent over two hours working with him -- got us the best possible deal (even better than we expected) in financing our new Tucson. We could not have asked for more. Kudos to Mike Hammer's outstanding team, again, especially Don Strickland. While I'm at it, I want to compliment the Lee service team. I used to drive over an hour to get my Santa Fe serviced by them, because I could be completely confident that the work would be done properly and quickly. I'm sure I'll be just as satisfied with the maintenance they'll perform on our new Tucson. I'm enthusiastically recommending Lee Hyundai to anyone I know who is considering buying a new car. After all I did not have any urgency to buy a new car, and I was not sure I will like the new Hyundai car at all. My previous car was Hyundai 2013, and I loved it. New car had so many changes in styling that I was not sure about it. I was debating on may be I should go and get Honda Accord, or Toyota Camry or something else. I was thinking that I may be need to wait year or so and get Tesla 3. I was not sure at all that I am not making mistake. In the end, it was a nice surprise. The color of the car is good and car is very nice. It has features that are important to me like security features, panoramic sunroof and hybrid engine. So far I had excellent driving experience.
