Very Unprofessional and Rude My car buying experience at Lee Hyundai was by far the worst I have ever had. I walked into the showroom knowing the exact car that I wanted and havi My car buying experience at Lee Hyundai was by far the worst I have ever had. I walked into the showroom knowing the exact car that I wanted and having spoken with a salesperson over the phone. Upon sitting down to discuss financing it became clear that the price that was quoted to me over the phone was not the selling price of the car. Also, the value that they gave me for my trade was way under value and they refused to work with me on the price of the trade. Once the manager came out to talk to us it was evident that he did not want to sell the car because he was very rude and spoke to me in a very condescending tone. Overall my experience here was horrible and I took my business up to Johnson Hyundai of Cary where a very knowledgeable and professional team was able to meet my needs. More

We were considering another dealership with a lower price but the incentive just was not there and the sales team at Lee Hyundai were patient while we figured out who we were going to buy from. Everything was straight forward from incentives and rebates to vehicle features and maintenance schedule. I am absolutely pleased with my experience with Lee Hyundai and plan on going back to purchase a Santa Fe or Tucson in the next year or so. More
