Visited the agency back in early January on a whim. I continued to research the car and even contacted three other BMW dealerships, who's professionalism did not even compared to Les'. I finally contacted Les on February 8th and determined that we would need to order the car, as it was a gift for my daughters birthday. I presented an offer that I felt was fair and equitable for both parties, to my surprise was immediately accepted. Throughout the order process and actual deliver on Apr 11th, Les either answered my calls/e-mail immediately or was quick to return my call, even while he was on vacation. His professionalism and approach really made the car buying experience a pleasure. I don't think I'll ever shop around again if I decide to purchase another BMW.
