My family has either purchased or leased 10 BMWs from 3 dealerships in South Florida since 2000. The last two autos have been from Lauderdale BMW of Pembroke Pines and we have worked with Les Cutler. I met Les after sharing with a friend who also owned a BMW that I was not looking forward to the car buying process as I was not impressed with the BMW sales people I had been exposed to. My friend assured me Les was different. Les has been excellent to work with and he made the entire experience stress free. He takes the time to explain all options and paths and at no point did I feel as if I was being sold. He was sincere and his follow through stellar. It is also worth mentioning that his colleague in the Finance department, Mara, has also been wonderful to work with and she does her best to expedite the process. More

A neighbor referred me to Les Cutler at Lauderdale BMW in Pembroke Pines and assured me it would be worth the drive from Miami Beach. So after visiting a local BMW to test drive and price a new 5-series BMW, I gave Les a call to see if he could beat the price and make it worth the trip. On the same call, we discussed the dealer's current inventory and he priced out the two cars I liked best. Les was able to find discounts and programs that the other dealer did not and also did a great job of helping me decide which option packages and features to consider and which I could do without. As a result, I leased a far better-equipped car at a lower price than the other dealer. Les had the car and paperwork ready the next day. He and the finance manager, Mara, were super friendly and helpful. There was absolutely no pressure to buy all sorts of options, warranties, and accessories that I didn't want or need. Les walked me through the operation of the iDrive system and synched up my 2 cellphones with the bluetooth program. This was the easiest car buying experience I can remember. I will definitely recommend that friends give Les a call when they are ready for a new car and I will be back to see him in another 35 months and 29 days. More

As a foreign national moving to the US it is not an easy process to set up a lease for a vehicle if you have not established a local credit history. I contacted the dealership and believe now that I lucked out in having Les Cutler respond to me. Les's professionalism was evident from the very beginning of the process. Mr. Culer answered all my questions and in a very timely fashion always responding same day or for the latest by next business day. The transaction required a considerable amount of work on his part to have the lease arrangement approved and at every step of the process I felt comfortable that he was doing his best to help me and make the transaction work. First I attended the BMW driving experience at Lauderdale BMW of Ft. Lauderdale. Hard not to be sold after the test drive; and to boot I got $1,000 to apply to my new X1, a BMW Insulated Cup and a great lunc BMW of Ft. Lauderdale.
