As a foreign national moving to the US it is not an easy process to set up a lease for a vehicle if you have not established a local credit history. I contacted the dealership and believe now that I lucked out in having Les Cutler respond to me. Les's professionalism was evident from the very beginning of the process. Mr. Culer answered all my questions and in a very timely fashion always responding same day or for the latest by next business day. The transaction required a considerable amount of work on his part to have the lease arrangement approved and at every step of the process I felt comfortable that he was doing his best to help me and make the transaction work. First I attended the BMW driving experience at Lauderdale BMW of Ft. Lauderdale. I purchased a new BMW 650i convertible yesterday from Lauderdale BMW of Pembroke Pines. The only reason I picked this dealership was due to other reviews on this website. I called a few days prior, and made an appointment with Les Cutler, who came highly recommended on this site. This is pretty much the best car buying decision I have ever made. As others have mentioned, Les demonstrates the highest level of professionalism. At no time was there any sales pressure whatsoever. We test drove two cars that I liked, and while driving he demonstrated the major features of both cars. When we stepped back in the office, we looked at other inventory he had in stock online and he even offered to bring in one more vehicle from the storage lot. I was pretty happy with one in stock as it had all the features I was looking for, but decided to walk away and think it over overnight. Most dealers would've tried to pressure you to make the sale right there and then, but not Les. He reassured me that this was a great deal and that I could take my time and think about it. Later that evening I went to one more auction dealer in Miami, and after a half hour there, suffice to say I realized I was wasting my time. Needless to say I was back at Pembroke Pines the next day at noon, and finalized my deal with Les. Everything went extremely smoothly. I got a great car at a great price, and can't say enough good things about Les. More
