Since I was getting a new car, and Mark is with the used vehicles he kindly introduced me to Ingrid. Ingrid was amazing, she asked questions to know what I was specifically looking for in a car, provided options and was really honest while I was undecided on the color schemes for the interior and exterior of the X3 that I leased. She was also very knowledgeable and was able to answer all of my questions and help with any requests that I had regarding the vehicle. Stephanie in finance was also very friendly and extremely helpful and explained every detail of what I was signing and was able to answer all of my questions and or concerns. The BMW Genius Carlos was also very helpful and was able to assist me with the remote start addition to my car. My car left me stranded 3 times during the last two weeks. The first time it was towed to the closest dealer here in Miami. I have never been there since I always go to Lauderdale BMW of Pembroke Pines weeks. The first time it was towed to the closest dealer here in Miami. I have never been there since I always go to Lauderdale BMW of Pembroke Pines for the maintenance. After two times in that dealer, it left me stranded again. I have understood that the towing service provided by BMW roadside assistant must take the car to the nearest dealer. I asked them because Pembroke Pines is 21 miles from my house. It was on Friday at 5pm. Paola Soto, who has been my advisor for almost 4 years, immediately call me to arrange the arrival of my car and to get a loaner for me. Marc Peterson, the technician, was very professional and call me to ask about the issues my car was having. He wanted to know details to identify the problem. Paola kept in contact everyday bringing updates. They sent me a video and a report for the car inspection and repairs. Paola has been very attentive and professional making the process easier and faster. My car is now like new and I'm so happy and grateful for that. More
