My sales rep, Romiro Gonzalez, was a very likeable young man. He was very helpful in helping me picking out the right car, and making the right deal. I'd say I left the dealership with a car EVERYONE back man. He was very helpful in helping me picking out the right car, and making the right deal. I'd say I left the dealership with a car EVERYONE back home was happy about. It certainly exceeded my own expectations. The other sales team members were great as well. Stephanie as very knowledgeable and a pleasure to be with going through the otherwise tedious financing process. Bill was straight forward and easy to talk to. Very positive experience overall. More
I bought a tire protection insurance and now that I needed it, they denied my claim just like that. The rep. At BMW told me that there was nothing that he or his manager could do. They sell you the ins needed it, they denied my claim just like that. The rep. At BMW told me that there was nothing that he or his manager could do. They sell you the insurance when you are buying the car, they sell you the car too but they have nothing to do with either one once you buy it. He said they are privately own. I have all text messages between us. Insurance covered me 1 tire. That’s it. I’m extremely upset. Very mad. I bought the tire insurance to feel better, I got it to feel protected iand when it’s time to use it. Nothing, they just denied it with no real explanation and just play you like that. They are careless. More

Lauderdale - Pembroke Pines Red flags for days. They are so so shady to deal with and really thought they would be able to pull a fast one on us. TLDR: They will try to scam you claiming it’s their “policy” and their salesperson, Alex is a snake. I was looking to purchase a CPO 230i from here and I would be traveling from Norfolk, VA to do so. I was actually supposed to leave in about 4 hours to hop on a plane to go pick it up. Unfortunately, our sales guy, Alex, was incompetent to a degree that I haven’t dealt with before while purchasing a car. I connected with Alex. He talked to me about the car, about making a deposit to hold the vehicle, and sent over the numbers for financing with them. I let him know we were going to get financing ourselves on Tuesday because the interest rate we got from NFCU was better than what they were offering. Take note that this was now 3 days ago from today. At this point I have asked for a facetime view of the car twice and have been ignored twice (technically 3 times, but the first time wasn’t with Alex directly). I get a few pictures when they get it on the lot and again the next day when he noticed some issues with the tint. I asked a few questions, mainly about an extended warranty, that was ignored for days and I was ultimately told I had to wait until I got here to learn about that more. I had to text him multiple times to remind him I asked questions or requested things that went unanswered for hours/the whole day. Timely communication really was a struggle for this guy. This morning I tell him we have flights booked and will be there first thing in the morning and this is where the circus really gets going. He says I can expedite things by sending over my proof of insurance and tells me the name of the leinholder is BMW. I sent him the docs and said (via text, mind you), “...secured financing with Navy fed so they are listed as the leinholder. I sent it over to you” and he replies with, “ahhh thats right. I forgot you have your own financing. Sounds good…” That indicates to me that he was, in fact, made aware prior to this that we secured outside financing (this is important). I know he was because we discussed it, this just serves as evidence. Anyway, I get a call from Alex at 12:36pm, 7 hours before I’m due to take-off on my flight to Fort Lauderdale saying the NFCU check is no good with them and it’s cash or BMW financing only because it’s their policy for out of state sales. Mind you, this man KNEW since MONDAY we were coming from Virginia and registering it in Virginia. I have documented evidence he was aware of this. We ask to speak to financing who says it’s because the payout wouldn’t come from NFCU for 3-4 months while something with the title happens. I’m not sure why it’s my problem, but they decided it was and that they wouldn’t take the check. We called navy fed who said they would work with the dealer to get their payout quicker and we were still told no because of policy. When we asked AJ/Elton, the men we spoke to from financing to speak to management we were told no, they did not want to escalate the issue because of their policies. All of the sudden, they have all these policies no one felt the need to tell us about before spending all this money booking a flight and hotel room to come buy the car. I guess they thought that would pressure us into doing whatever they wanted since we already spent all this money to get the car without even purchasing yet. Alex even went so far as to BOLD FACED LIE to my husband saying I agreed to finance with BMW when he knew that wasn’t true (this is where that text comes into evidence). I guess they didn’t think my husband and I spoke to each other about big purchases like this or something, but trying to throw me under the bus to save his sorry butt was the last nail in the coffin. Turns out 30 minutes after we pulled out of the deal they sold the car. All of them are snakes More

First of all if you are a POC you are flagged the moment you make contact with the receptionist. The salesman Romiro had absolutely no personality or customer service skills. So I complained to AJ the manag you make contact with the receptionist. The salesman Romiro had absolutely no personality or customer service skills. So I complained to AJ the manager of preowned sales and he seemed to get upset with us when the behavior of his employee was brought to his attention! Before the complaint they were told we would be using USAA and had flown in from out state to make the purchase. They were initially ok with that. However when we requested a different salesman AJ stated they could not accept USAA funds. I served my country as a soldier and I am also a retired law enforcement officer and can’t even buy a vehicle from this dealership based on bias and discriminatory behavior!! You should be ashamed!
