I had some noises coming from the A/C of the car, and I am glad that the warranty covered the repair after initial discussions with the mechanics and technicians. This dealership is shady. You negotiate the price then they add a mandatory $995 charge for Starguard, a tracking device most people don't want. I was able to negotiate it down for $695 so if you don't want this add on know that its negotiable. I flew in from another state to pick up the car and the deal was done 5 days prior to me arriving. The car was not cleaned well and it didn't have the break fluid flushed. When I brought it up I was told I can do it when I get home because it's under warranty. No it isn't, brake fluid is a consumable. If I didn't know better I would have had to pay for this after I drove 14 hours home. If you're going to certify a car you should do a more thorough inspection and make sure EVERYTHING is actually done to it. Rani was pleasant to work with as a salesman but definitely be on guard with this dealership. More
