My wife took the car to the dealer for an alignment. She was manipulated into buying four new tires for a vehicle that was bought in March 2012 and has 31,000 miles. We went to Lauderdale BMW not sure we even wanted a BMW. We met Bob, who showed us our options and showed us some reasonable on a car we were interested in. We decided we liked BMW the best, and decided to check out another dealer to compare the offers available. The other dealer we went to was Vista BMW. It was an extremely frustrating experience. They kept us at the dealership longer than we preferred in order to close a sale, even though we repeatedly stated that we needed to leave. They also tried repeatedly pushing a more expensive car, even when we expressed our disinterest. When we decided on the less expensive car, they didn't want to negotiate on the price or honor the $1,500 manufacturer rebate offered by BMW to USAA members. Needless to say, we left late at night very upset and tired. The representative at Vista BMW kept calling over the next several days to get us back in but would not negotiate on the price. Instead, we called Bob back and he put in the effort to find the exact car I wanted, at a price better than I expected, with minimal effort, including discounts I didn't realize I was entitled to. Bob is a great representative who really went above and beyond to put us the car we wanted. We were able to speak about the details, come into the store, and leave within a reasonable amount of time, keys in hand. More

I met Les after sharing with a friend who also owned a BMW that I was not looking forward to the car buying process as I was not impressed with the BMW sales people I had been exposed to. My friend assured me Les was different. Les has been excellent to work with and he made the entire experience stress free. He takes the time to explain all options and paths and at no point did I feel as if I was being sold. He was sincere and his follow through stellar. So after visiting a local BMW to test drive and price a new 5-series BMW, I gave Les a call to see if he could beat the price and make it worth the trip. On the same call, we discussed the dealer's current inventory and he priced out the two cars I liked best. Les was able to find discounts and programs that the other dealer did not and also did a great job of helping me decide which option packages and features to consider and which I could do without. As a result, I leased a far better-equipped car at a lower price than the other dealer. Les had the car and paperwork ready the next day. He and the finance manager, Mara, were super friendly and helpful. There was absolutely no pressure to buy all sorts of options, warranties, and accessories that I didn't want or need. Les walked me through the operation of the iDrive system and synched up my 2 cellphones with the bluetooth program. This was the easiest car buying experience I can remember. I will definitely recommend that friends give Les a call when they are ready for a new car and I will be back to see him in another 35 months and 29 days. More
