All you have to do is read about Les Cutler and you know you can't go wrong! I got lucky when I went to this dealer and met Les. I live close to this dealer but never had any luck with them before. I was interested in a 6 series and since I am close by, I went to check out the inventory and this is when I met Les. I test drove the car and found Les to be extremely professional and very knowledgeable about the car features. However, I decided it was best to order a new 4 series convertible due to the price difference. This particular model is not yet in production and the waiting was not working for me. I wondered back to the dealership this past week just to walk around in the lot and spotted a new 640i coupe and instantly fell in love. I knew BMW had a great promotion running and the coupe was more affordable than the 6 series convertible I had previously considered. Long story short, it all worked out and the 640i coupe is now in my garage. Les was just great to work with in every way. He is very patient and obviously much in demand as his phone never stopped ringing. However, he manages to multi task and handle whatever is needed. He is very accessible and just all around a pleasant nice guy! I think we will still get the 4 series when it comes time later next year to replace another car coming off lease. I hope Les is at this dealership for a long time because we will be back and buy many cars from him. What he needs is a twin brother! More

My wife took the car to the dealer for an alignment. She was manipulated into buying four new tires for a vehicle that was bought in March 2012 and has 31,000 miles. The problem is that my wife paid with my credit card without authorization. The dealer charge $2120 to my credit card account without consulting with me. It seems to be that's only logical to call the card owner, particular when dealing with this amount of money. I'll NEVER visit this dealer for service again! More

We went to Lauderdale BMW not sure we even wanted a BMW. We met Bob, who showed us our options and showed us some reasonable on a car we were interested in. We decided we liked BMW the best, and decided to check out another dealer to compare the offers available. The other dealer we went to was Vista BMW. It was an extremely frustrating experience. They kept us at the dealership longer than we preferred in order to close a sale, even though we repeatedly stated that we needed to leave. They also tried repeatedly pushing a more expensive car, even when we expressed our disinterest. When we decided on the less expensive car, they didn't want to negotiate on the price or honor the $1,500 manufacturer rebate offered by BMW to USAA members. Needless to say, we left late at night very upset and tired. The representative at Vista BMW kept calling over the next several days to get us back in but would not negotiate on the price. Instead, we called Bob back and he put in the effort to find the exact car I wanted, at a price better than I expected, with minimal effort, including discounts I didn't realize I was entitled to. Bob is a great representative who really went above and beyond to put us the car we wanted. We were able to speak about the details, come into the store, and leave within a reasonable amount of time, keys in hand. More
