I met Les Cutler at Lauderdale BMW of Pembroke Pines, back in 2009, when I leased a 5-series BMW for my wife. He made the experience so stress free that we actually enjoyed it. As my wife was ready for her second BMW, we again called upon Les to find her a BMW 328i. He didn't rest until he found us the right car and got us a great price. He sweated every detail as we relaxed. Upon signing all the paperwork, we went outside and found the car to be flawlessly perfect. Les came out with us and went over every gizmo and gadget in the car, until we were completely comfortable operating all of them. It was like dealing with an old friend who always has your back. I have dealt with many vehicle salesman over the years and truly appreciate the effort he expended, in taking care of us. This is the first time I have ever wrote a review for a Car Dealership/Sales Executive. I have been leasing BMW's for over 16 years and in all that time I have never experienced a level of service excellen Car Dealership/Sales Executive. I have been leasing BMW's for over 16 years and in all that time I have never experienced a level of service excellence that warranted taking the time to do this. Until now. Les Cutler inspired these words. Les earned my respect by making sure the "Sales Dealing" was FIRST a "human dealing." He really has the gift of communication exchange. He listens and understands who you are on a vert deep level. He is not just pretending to be interested in your concerns and preferences when it comes to making a $75- $100K investment in your new BMW. He is approachable and easy going. His knowledge and kindness are authentic and real. The truth is I felt like he really put my interests above the Dealership so he felt like a true Advocate. He made sure that the car I bought was the one that I desired and not the one that the Dealership just wanted to move off the lot. When it came time to take delivery he spent as much time as I needed to fully understand all aspects of the contract and terms. Never once did I feel rushed or pushed. We spent more time actually having a social exchange about his wife's experiences as a geriatric Aerobic instructor and his past experiences doing Stand-up Comedy at an Improv Club then we did about "lease factors" and "residual values". When I left the Dealership not only did I have a new car but I also had a new Friend. There was only one hiccup (minor) when the agreed upon mile allowance on the contract was different then what was stated earlier. Les defrayed any concerns and told me to "take a seat and relax and I will handle this for you with the Finance Director" and then a few moments later he walked over to me and simply stated; "Mitch, I have what I call my can of 'Snafu Buster' and I just gave it a spray..so you are all set, we are giving you the higher mile allowance at the same price." and it was done. Here is the bottom line, before I can trust someone I must first learn to respect them. Les gained my respect because every thing he promised was delivered and there was no deviation from what he said would take place and what actually happened during all aspects of the experience. He is the reason why I chose to drive 45 minutes to the Pembroke Pines BMW dealership rather then the Fort Lauderdale location that is only 8 minutes from my house. I guess I would follow Les to any Dealership and then simply enjoy the ride bcd home behind the wheels of my new 6 series! THANKS LES!!!!!! More

I was introduced to Les Cutler by a very satisfied friend who had been dealing with Les for years. After a couple of phone calls We had a price that I was very comfortable with on a BMW 535I.
