He never made us feel as if we were being forced into making a decision too soon. His patience and tolerance was commendable. He took us for a test drive and while he knew we liked the car, he did not at any time force us to make a deal. His knowledge of all the features of this new vehicle was an indicator that he certainly has gear! This guy is a one of a kind sales advisor. He made every experience we had so pleasant that it felt unbelievable, but it was real. We walked away that same day satisfied that we commenced the purchase of a car we wanted.
