Through the process, we co We bought our first BMW from this dealership and could not be happier. Several days ago, we began researching BMWs online. Through the process, we connected with Frank Fuzer. During our initial interactions, he took the necessary time to listen to my car needs and thoroughly explained benefits and options based on my needs. His professional demeanor was invaluable and made me feel prepared to make an informed decision. He and the Finance Specialist Mara Romanello, never made us feel pressured and along with the BMWGENIUS, Carlos Gajardo provided a GREAT service. The entire process was stress-free and incredible fast. I still can't believe that the team (Frank, Mara, and Carlos) was able to carry out the entire transaction from start to finish, including negotiating pricing (fair price - easiest negotiation ever), completing and signing paperwork, and getting the keys for my new BMW, in about 90 minutes. Needless to say, i will not hesitate to recommend Frank to my friends and family members (in fact, i have already started spreading the word!). As previously stated, this was our first BMW, but will not be our last. When the time comes for a new BMW ride, we will def be going back to Lauderdale BMW of Pembroke Pines and asking for Frank Fuzer. Frank, Mara, and Carlos thanks for making this the best car buying experience I have ever had!!! More

We worked with Frank Fuzer, and he was straightforward, a pleasure to work with and made this a very easy choice. We considered other vehicles, we visited other dealerships including BMW, and this was night and day. From the moment you walk in it's a different experience. The test drive with Frank was informative, and smooth. The finalizing of the deal didn't take long, and Finance Manager Phil Guala made that final stretch very easy.
