Great New Car Purchase Experience My wife and I both bought new BMWs (2016 328i and 2017 X3) from Lauderdale BMW of Pembroke Pines with Les Culter as our sales advisor. Our cars were My wife and I both bought new BMWs (2016 328i and 2017 X3) from Lauderdale BMW of Pembroke Pines with Les Culter as our sales advisor. Our cars were ordered with just the specific options and color/interior combination as we had requested, and both cars were delivered when promised. Les was very knowledgeable, straightforward and easy to work, and we feel we got very fair pricing. It was the best new-car buying experience either one of us has ever had in our forty years of owning cars. We are both very happy with our new BMWs and as long as BMW continues to make a great product that fits our needs we would certainly go back to Les at Lauderdale BMW of Pembroke Pines. More

I had reached out in hopes of acquiring another BMW, but unfortunately and although he worked very hard to get me an amazing deal, it was way out of my budget. With that said, he went above and beyond to locate another salesperson at Mini knowing that he was not going to make a sale. In all of my years of purchasing vehicles, I have NEVER EVER met someone as integral, professional and transparent as Les. Outstanding Experience! I've been a BMW customer for quite something, I'm in my 5th BMW, unfortunately just 2 were bought at BMW Pembroke Pines, I wished it was all of them. I've been a BMW customer for quite something, I'm in my 5th BMW, unfortunately just 2 were bought at BMW Pembroke Pines, I wished it was all of them. The customer service there is outstanding!!! I was fortunate to have made contact with Les Cutler. Les was an excellent Sales Person from the first contact through the phone until the end of the Sale. I never felt as I usually feel in dealers that they were always trying to do something sneaky behind your back or are rude at some point when you are negotiating. You know that to buy a car you usually stay in the dealer hours and hours and it is sometimes an exhausting experience, Les took it in a such smooth way that I didn't have this feeling this time. I highly recommend LES and BMW Pembroke Pines dealership!!!! More

Not one but two new BMWs I originally leased a new 335is in 2013 from this dealer. At the time I was living outside of the country so a lot of the initial work had to be done I originally leased a new 335is in 2013 from this dealer. At the time I was living outside of the country so a lot of the initial work had to be done remotely over the phone and through email. I was fortunate to have made contact with Les Cutler at this dealership. Les was excellent at every step of the process and at no time did we feel that all was not moving smoothly.. That was three years ago. In May of 2016 I returned to this BMW dealer and of course sought out Les to begin the process of looking into a new lease vehicle, the experience again was flawless and he continued to be a pleasure to deal with. Given that I was a returning customer I felt at all times that my business was appreciated, to the point that I even decided that we would get a second car from them for my wife. So we now have two new leased vehicles from Lauderdale BMW and we are extremely confident that we will continue to be happy with the service and support we receive. The people and dealership are top notch! More
