From start to finish Les will listen to your requirements and then guide you accordingly. No pressure is applied. You will always get your calls returned and questions answered. Les will obtain fair pricing for the vehicle. You can go out and shop around and try to save a couple of bucks but in the end you will waste time and money to find out that your deal is fair. They do not play games and show you the national or local programs available to get you the best discount. This is how buying a car should be. More

Through the process, we co We bought our first BMW from this dealership and could not be happier. Several days ago, we began researching BMWs online. Through the process, we connected with Frank Fuzer. During our initial interactions, he took the necessary time to listen to my car needs and thoroughly explained benefits and options based on my needs. His professional demeanor was invaluable and made me feel prepared to make an informed decision. He and the Finance Specialist Mara Romanello, never made us feel pressured and along with the BMWGENIUS, Carlos Gajardo provided a GREAT service. The entire process was stress-free and incredible fast. I still can't believe that the team (Frank, Mara, and Carlos) was able to carry out the entire transaction from start to finish, including negotiating pricing (fair price - easiest negotiation ever), completing and signing paperwork, and getting the keys for my new BMW, in about 90 minutes. Needless to say, i will not hesitate to recommend Frank to my friends and family members (in fact, i have already started spreading the word!). As previously stated, this was our first BMW, but will not be our last. When the time comes for a new BMW ride, we will def be going back to Lauderdale BMW of Pembroke Pines and asking for Frank Fuzer. Frank, Mara, and Carlos thanks for making this the best car buying experience I have ever had!!! More
